Dale E. Froehlich, CEO

Duties: Dale serves as Chief Executive Officer,
Chief Financial Officer, In House Counsel, Personnel Officer, Risk
Manager, and "Librarian" for all company enterprise. Dale
is responsible for the day to day operations, decisions and activities
of all company activities. Dale focuses particularly on fuel, freight
operations and LLC affiliates.
Qualifications: Dale has a Law Degree (JD, Geo.
Wash. Univ. 75) and an Business Degree (MBA, Geo. Wash. Univ. 76);
and is authorized to practice in South Dakota and the District of
Columbia. With this company for the last 11 years, Dale has held
various management leadership positions in both the private and
the public sector for the better part of the last 25 years. Dale
serves on numerous local civic organizations; and as Chair of the
NATA Business Management Committee.
Richard H. Smith, Vice President
Vice Pres. of Daedalus, Inc. dba BUSINESS AVIATION
Vice Pres. of Business Aviation Courier, Inc.
Duties: Richard works as Director of Sales (aircraft
and managed investments) and is responsible for daily operations
of the Company maintenance, avionics, and charter activities.
Richard coordinates all computer and data processing functions.
Qualifications: Richard owned and operated his
own plastics business for a number of years and joined Business
Aviation in 1996. Richard is an experienced Pilot (Total Time =
2500+ hours) with Commercial and Instructor ratings for Single Engine,
Multi-Engine, Instrument; and is qualified to fly nearly all aircraft
in our fleet. He has some twenty years of experience in aviation:
flight instruction, charter services, aircraft sales, aircraft leases
and management. Richard is a Member of the NATA Air Charter Committee.

Eric Steen , Chief Pilot--Charter
Scott Barber, Director of Maintenance
Duties and Qualifications: Scott is a graduate of the Spartan School
of Aeronautics; and holds a Pvt. Pilots License, an A&P Mechanics
(Inspection Authorization). He has completed numerous courses in
piston and turbine engine maintenance (with specific Pratt &
Whitney, Allison turbine training. Scott is responsible for supervision
of the entire Part 145 Repair Station and has been with our company
since 1987. Prior to that Scott worked with Southwest Aviation,
Vanduzen Airport Services, and Aerospatiale.
Troy Farmer, Cheif Technology Officer--AVCOMS
Duties and Qualifications: Troy has been with the
company since 1992. He has 14 years of aviation experience, 11 years
as a line tech and three years in the Information Technology Department.
Troy is currently the President of the ASAP Users group since 2000.

Susan Radel, Communications Manager

Bruce Goodwin, Director of Fuel Sales & Line
Services
Duties and Qualifications: Bruce is responsible
for all contract fuel, based customers, ground handling services
and all associated line services. With our company since 1993, Bruce
manages the Line Crew and supervises all Line equipment and fuel
farm facilities. (We are open 24 hours a day, every day.) Bruce
attended Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell, SD; and spent over
a decade working on the west coast for contract airline service
providers before returning to his South Dakota roots.
Pat Devries, Parts Manager
Duties and Qualifications: Pat has worked in General
Aviation for over 15 years, first as Office Manager at Sioux Falls
Aviation and now as Parts Manager for Business Aviation Services.
She has a strong background in administrative duties and is responsible
for purchasing inventory in our maintenance facility, shipping,
receiving, inventory control and work order completion. Pat has
been with Business Aviation since 1992.
Jeanne Neugebauer, Controller &
Chief Accounting
Duties and Qualifications: Jeanne has some 30+
years experience in accounting and book-keeping; having completed
all course work necessary for her CPA. Jeanne is responsible for
all primary financial reports for the Company, all subsidiaries
and affiliates. Jeanne further works to administer payroll and all
employee benefit programs. Jeanne is primary contact for fiscal
audits and all tax and governmental compliance reporting or filing.
She has been with the company since 1991.
Mark Satnan, Director of Aviation
Technical Service Sales
Duties and Qualifications: Mark grew up in the
Avionics business working beside his father, Myrle Satnan, founder
of Satnan Avionics. Mark graduated from Tech School at Keesler Air
Force Base in 1987 and has worked in avionics specialties ever since;
at Business Aviation Services since 1992.
Carolyn Winchell, Director of Marketing
and Business Development (Company wide)
Duties and Qualifications: Carolyn joined the Company
in January, 1999. Carolyn does marketing for all departments, coordinates
special events, promotions, and public relations. Her duties include
bringing new business to Business Aviation and negotiating fuel
prices. Carolyn is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado
and University of Sioux Falls.

. John Halbur, Director of Flight
Operations
Duties and Qualifications: John has been a pilot since 1989 and is ATP rated with over 6000 hours of total flight time. He manages a staff of over 35 pilots, mechanics, and administration personnel in BA's freight subsidiary (BAC). BAC's fleet consists of both turbine and piston powered twin-engine aircraft. John has over 13 years experience in the air freight business and has been with Business Aviation Services since 1995.
Ian Spaude , Chief Pilot
Duties and Qualifications: Ian joined Business Aviation Courier in April 2006. He has been a pilot since 1992, flying over 7000 hours of total flight time. Previiously he was employed as a Captain for Mesaba Airlines, Supervisor of Flight Operations Safety, also at Mesaba, along with time as a corportate pilot. He now manages a staff of 23+ pilots.
Steve Pendegraft, Director of Business Development
Duties and Qualifications: Steve has been a Pilot
since 1979 and has over 14500 hours of Total Flight Time. He has
been with the Company since 1994; previously working as an ATP (Airline
Transport Pilot) rated Captain for Central Airlines. Steve manages
a staff of 30+ Pilots, Mechanics and Administrative Staff in our
freight subsidiary. The fleet consists of both turbine and piston
twins. Steve has some 20 years of flight and management experience
in the air freight business
