Dale Froehlich, Owner, President/CEO of Business Aviation has been selected as the 1999 Business Citizen of the Year. He will be honored and presented with the award at the Distinguished Sales & Marketing Awards program, February 23rd at the Holiday Inn City Centre. |
The award is presented to an individual who is nominated by his/her peers and who exemplifies professionalism, has proven to be an asset to the Sioux Falls community, and has made a valuable impact on the Sioux Falls business community.
He has been an owner of Business Aviation since 1990. The company has seen unprecedented growth and success under Dale's leadership. Prior to that, he was the first Administrative Assistant to Minnehaha County Commission. He has also held positions with Midco Communications, Inc., Action Carriers/Brokers, Inc., and served as Deputy States Attorney for the County.
Dale firmly believes that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the community. He encourages his employees to be involved in the community and leads by example. He has served in leadership positions of many community organizations such as the Downtown Rotary Club, Sioux Empire United Way, Sioux Falls area chamber of Commerce, Youth Enrichment Services and the Sioux Empire Red Cross.
